Stop Texas HOA Foreclosures and the National Homeowners Advocate Group, LLC

"And woe to him inside a nonconformist clique who does not conform with nonconformity". 

This group that started in Texas is now going national.  Here is the mission statement of the expanded version:

"The National Homeowners Advocate Group started in Texas and is moving across the country encouraging homeowners and individuals interested in their property and Constitutional rights to join our free organization. We can email each other across the country and build up a coalition that will be noticed, respected and powerful enough to get legislative action. We have real problems, real issues to address such as unconstitutional homeowner association foreclosures, eminent domain issues and each year quasi-government types and Community Association Institute (CAI) attorneys are figuring out new ways to grab our land from under us. We are called The National HAG (for The National Homeowners Advocate Group) and one product we have access to is a newspaper called [-------------] on-line newspaper. There are no membership dues. We need you to join so that together we can make a difference. Tell others about our work on behalf of homeowners everywhere."

As far as they are concerned, all attorneys belong to CAI and all are just landgrabbers, who can't wait to take the home away from some poor, unsuspecting innocent homeowner.

Founded by Harvella Jones

Harvella Jones and her husband lost their home in a foreclosure action.  In a book she published she wrote: "We must as homeowners, exorcise these demons - CAI attorneys.  They have created a "cottage industry".  They created a foreclosure cancer.  This cancer feeds on the fear people have of losing the roof over their heads.  A cancerous cell planted in each state's homeowner associations by CAI attorneys and protected by legislators, judges, constables, HUD, real estate companies and mortgage companies.
